How does the Return process work?

  • Only Apparels is applicable for returns and refunds, for the rest of the products.
  • You can contact us by submitting your details via Whatsapp Chat with your Order id and a valid reason for the return. Login to your account to for finding your respective order’s details.
  • Since we do not have a reverse pick-up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us.

What are the terms and conditions for a refund?

  • Returns –
    The product amount will be added as store credit to your TST Wallet Account.

    • Cancellations –
      If the order cancellation is requested before it is shipped, the refund will be initiated in 1-2 days.
      If the order cancellation is requested after the product is shipped, the refund will be initiated, after the package reaches back to us. We will deduct the shipping fee from the actual order amount.
      All the refunds will be in the form of store credit.

    • Defective/ Damaged in transit –
      Once confirmed by our Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as reward points as per your convenience.

    • Wrong/ Missing products –
      If the products you received are damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, we would be happy to exchange the goods or give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods in the form of store credit, once we have received the products and quality check is done.

What is the refund policy for returns of orders placed during a sale?

  • If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price in the form of store credit.

What are the terms of the Return Policy?

  • Customers can return their order within 2 days after an order has been delivered. The returns are applicable only on apparel.
    • Defective products need not be sent back to us. If you have received a defective product, send us images via Whatsapp Chat and the returned product should be in its original condition, it should not be used, damaged, worn, or washed, and packed otherwise it will not be returned. Please keep the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Also, Cash On Delivery handling charges are not refundable.
    • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.

In case I return the products, will the COD / Shipping charges be credited back?

  • No. These are one-time charges and are non-refundable.
